Who is eligible for the premium?

The premium is granted to employees who have worked in the sector for at least six months during the reference period from 1 December of the previous year to 30 November of the current year,

and who did not voluntarily left the sector, exept in the case of retirement.

How much is the premium?
A gross social premium of  €700 is paid by the trade unions, funded by the Social Fund.

In the following cases, the premium is calculated pro rata:

• Career break
• Reduced working hours or end-of-career arrangements
• Parental leave
• Less than one full year of seniority
• Flexi-jobs

When is the payment made?
The premium is paid at the beginning of December

A former colleague may be entitled to the contribution?
Employees who are no longer active in the sector but who meet the eligibility criteria may contact the Social Fund directly:
