The Guarantee and Social Fund for Sea Fisheries (WSFZ) has entered into a partnership with Alimento, providing financial support for training programs aimed at employees working in warehouses.

These training courses cover topics such as:

• Food safety: HACCP in the workplace, Food Safety Culture
• Food technology
• Logistics: Internal transport, truck driving
• Technical training
• First aid
• Dutch in the workplace
• Personal skills: Communication and leadership, conducting feedback conversations, train the trainer
• ...

There are three types of training available:

1. Open Alimento training programs: These are standard training sessions organised by Alimento for various sectors.
2. Open training courses from an Alimento-accredited teacher: You can find a list of Alimento-accredited trainers on the Alimento website.
3. In-company training with an Alimento-accredited trainer: The trainer delivers the session directly at your company location.
