Return to Work Programme: Efficient Return of Employees

The Return to Work Programme, supervised by Alimento-accredited partners, helps companies with the return of employees after a long absence. The programme consists of three to five contact moments:

1. Introduction and objectives: Discussion of company data, bottlenecks and objectives.
2. Analysis and action planning: Measures are discussed to ensure an efficient return to work, tailored to the company culture.
3. Policy anchoring: Support in establishing return-to-work measures in company policy.
4. Advisory report: A report with recommendations for further optimisation of the return-to-work process.

This process provides clarity and peace of mind within the company and offers practical support in helping employees get back to work.

A maximum subsidy of €2,500 is available to help draw up a return-to-work policy.
