Well-being scan: Working together to create a healthy workplace

A well-being scan helps to identify and address psychosocial risks such as stress, burnout and conflicts at an early stage. The result? Less absenteeism, fewer complaints and greater satisfaction in the workplace.

How does a well-being scan work?

1. Preparation

  • Telephone intake and collection of company data.
  • Preparation of a group discussion with key persons.

2. Company visit

  • Tour and short interviews with employees.
  • Group discussion about work experience and psychosocial bottlenecks.
  • Analysis of work requirements, energy sources and energy drainers.
  • Direct feedback and a concrete action plan with quick wins.

3. Report and follow-up

  • Advisory report with solutions and measures.
  • Coaching during implementation and communication of the plan.

Health scan: Action plan for a healthier workplace
The health scan helps to take targeted measures to promote employee health, with specific attention to a particular health risk. The aim is to draw up a concrete action plan for a healthier workplace.

How does the health scan work?

1. Preparation

  • Telephone intake and request for company data.
  • Employees complete an online questionnaire about health promotion within the company.
  • Identification of gaps in the current health policy.

2. Company visit

  • Visit to workstations and interviews with employees.
  • Action workshop with key people to tackle the health risk and draw up an action plan.
  • Existing measures are evaluated and areas for improvement are proposed.

3. Report and follow-up

  • The results are compiled in a short report with the action plan and quick win actions.
  • Follow-up on implementation and communication to employees.

How does the WSFZ get involved?

A maximum contribution of €2,000 is available for a wellbeing or health scan.
