The WSFZ provides financial support for organising internal training sessions for employees delivered by in-house trainers.

These training sessions take place during working hours, with a contribution of 8 hours per fulltime equivalent (FTE). The total number of eligible hours per company is determined based on the social balance sheet from the most recent annual accounts. The financial contribution amounts to 25 euros per hour.

How to apply:
Employers can request support by sending the application form, including the training plan and a signed attendance list via email to info@wsfz.

After review by the Board of Directors, payment may be approved.
